Multi-Year Grant Agreement
Thỏa Thuận Tài Trợ Nhiều NămThe binding agreement between Pham Foundation and Trần Quốc Tuấn High School. Covers program purpose, full award structure, five-year payment schedule, school obligations, selection authority, reporting requirements, and governing law. This document is the legal foundation of the program.
Thỏa thuận ràng buộc giữa Quỹ Pham và Trường THPT Trần Quốc Tuấn. Bao gồm mục đích chương trình, cơ cấu giải thưởng, lịch thanh toán 5 năm, nghĩa vụ của trường và luật điều chỉnh.

Pre-Grant Inquiry Form
Phiếu Khảo Sát Trước Cấp Học BổngRequired by U.S. IRS Section 4945 before the Foundation can disburse its first international grant. Confirms the school's governance structure, financial capacity, and ability to receive international USD wire transfers. Completed once — before Year 1 — and retained on file. This is not an application; the scholarship program has already been agreed upon.

Banking & Wire Transfer Authorization
Ủy Quyền Chuyển Khoản Ngân HàngCollects the school's official institutional bank account details required for international USD wire transfers. Must use the school's institutional account — personal accounts cannot be accepted. Submitted before the first payment and updated whenever banking details change. The Foundation will conduct a small test deposit before the first full annual transfer.
Thu thập thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng chính thức của trường để chuyển khoản USD quốc tế. Phải sử dụng tài khoản tổ chức — không chấp nhận tài khoản cá nhân. Nộp trước khoản thanh toán đầu tiên và cập nhật khi thông tin ngân hàng thay đổi.

Award Criteria & Selection Guide
Hướng Dẫn Tiêu Chí & Xét Chọn Giải ThưởngFull guidance for each award category — Pham Foundation Scholar (Grades 10, 11, 12), Perseverance Scholar (Grades 10 & 11), and Teacher of Distinction. Includes the Perseverance Scholar philosophy, the Three-Year Arc, and selection principles. A reference document for faculty and administration. No signature required. The school's selection authority is absolute — this document is guidance, not instruction.
Hướng dẫn đầy đủ cho từng hạng mục giải thưởng. Bao gồm triết lý Học Sinh Vượt Khó, Hành Trình Ba Năm và nguyên tắc xét chọn. Tài liệu tham khảo — không yêu cầu chữ ký. Quyền xét chọn thuộc hoàn toàn về nhà trường.

Annual Report Form
Báo Cáo Thường NiênSubmitted by the school to the Foundation within 30 days of the award ceremony (Lễ Tổng Kết) each year. Required by U.S. IRS Section 4945. Documents payment confirmation, recipient roster (name, grade, award category), financial summary, and compliance confirmation. One signed original retained at school; one signed copy sent to Foundation. A new form is used each year.
Nộp cho Quỹ trong vòng 30 ngày sau Lễ Tổng Kết mỗi năm. Yêu cầu bởi IRS Hoa Kỳ (Mục 4945). Ghi lại xác nhận thanh toán, danh sách người nhận, tóm tắt tài chính và xác nhận tuân thủ. Mỗi năm dùng một biểu mẫu mới.

Annual Payment Confirmation
Xác Nhận Thanh Toán Hàng NămIssued by the Pham Foundation with each annual wire transfer. Confirms wire transfer details (amount, reference number, transfer date, destination account), lists the full award schedule for that year, and includes the Annual Report reminder and due date. Retain in the school's program binder. Issued by Foundation — no school signature required.
Do Quỹ Pham phát hành kèm theo mỗi lần chuyển khoản hàng năm. Xác nhận chi tiết chuyển khoản, liệt kê lịch trình giải thưởng năm đó và nhắc nhở về Báo Cáo Thường Niên. Lưu trong bìa tài liệu của trường.

Program Summary Reference Card
Thẻ Tóm Tắt Chương TrìnhA one-page bilingual quick-reference card covering all key program elements — award structure with amounts, annual program cycle with dates, five-year payment schedule, and document index. Designed for easy reference by school staff throughout the year. Post in the administration office or keep in the program binder.

Perseverance Scholar Support Guide
Tài Liệu Hỗ Trợ Xét Chọn Học Sinh Vượt KhóAn optional resource for the Perseverance Scholar selection process. Provides suggestions the school may use if it finds them helpful — the school is entirely free to use its own method. The Foundation trusts the faculty's direct knowledge of their students as the primary basis for selection. This document is a resource, not a requirement, and carries no obligation.
