Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Pham Foundation website, email communications, downloadable forms, program documents, donor communications, scholarship-related communications, and other ordinary Foundation interactions.
This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of third-party websites, payment processors, banks, schools, universities, government agencies, or other organizations that may be linked from or work with the Foundation.
Information We May Collect
The Foundation may collect information that visitors, donors, partners, or other individuals voluntarily provide, including:

The Foundation does not sell, rent, or trade donor names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or donation information. Donor information may be shared only as needed with service providers, professional advisors, financial institutions, payment processors, or government agencies for legitimate Foundation purposes.
If a donor requests anonymity in public recognition materials, the Foundation will make reasonable efforts to honor that request, subject to legal, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements.
Scholarship and Program Information
The Foundation may receive scholarship or program-related information from partner schools, universities, or other institutions. This may include names of award recipients, award categories, award amounts, academic year, school affiliation, photographs from award ceremonies, or other information reasonably related to the program.
The Foundation uses this information for grant administration, reporting, public program summaries, historical records, and compliance documentation. The Foundation asks partner institutions to provide information in a manner consistent with their own student privacy rules, consent practices, and local requirements.
The Foundation does not accept direct scholarship applications through this website unless a specific program page states otherwise.
